We collect only the minimum necessary details required to fulfill your specific service request (such as Name, Date of Birth, Contact Details, and uploaded identity proofs like Aadhaar or PAN copies).

2. How We Store Documents

All uploaded files are stored in an access-controlled, non-public storage directory. Direct public URLs to documents are strictly prohibited. Files are accessed only by authenticated staff members assigned to your specific service order.

3. Retention & Deletion

We retain transaction and submission records strictly in accordance with statutory accounting requirements. Supporting temporary upload files can be purged upon customer request following successful service completion.
